    How To Book

    Ready to bring magic to your celebration? Visit our booking page to request your preferred date and character. We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties, or in-person events outside of Utah.

    What's Included

    All packages include a professional performer in authentic costume, age-appropriate activities, and character interactions. We provide all materials needed for games and activities. We provide the party space and excited guests - we bring the magic! View our complete character lineup to choose your character.

    Booking Policy

    To keep our pricing accessible for all families and honor our performers' commitments, all bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Our low rates are made possible by this policy. We understand plans change - contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss rescheduling options based on availability.

    Our Character Care Commitment

    Our performers’ safety is very important to us. If at any time a child or adult behaves in a way that is harmful, aggressive, or unsafe toward the character or their costume (including hitting, pulling, grabbing, or damaging the costume), we reserve the right to end the appearance immediately. In these situations, the event will be considered complete and no refunds will be issued. Thank you for helping us keep the magic safe and fun for everyone!

    About Character Attendants

    Each character appearance includes a professional attendant dedicated to managing the logistical details of your event so the performer can stay fully immersed in the magic. Your attendant handles everything from set-up and activity transitions to capturing photos and videos, allowing you to focus on your guests. They also serve as the primary point of contact for any questions, coordinate on-site payments, and ensure the safety of our performers and costumes throughout the booking. By managing the timeline and facilitating a smooth departure, our attendants ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
